Larry that is a really scary post you made. I am in the process of finding a better hiding place for my guns and buying more ammo before that is used to track us. Hopefully the Democrats won't find enough votes to get this thing passed.

Well president Oblama signed the stimulus plan today that is supposed to fix all the countries problems. The market thought it was so great that they it 297 points. Whats he going to do for an encore?

Richard I totally agree with you. The sad thing is now that Hillary is the Sec of State will Bill have the presidents ear. I think this administration is going to be a 3 ring circus. Too bad we can't enjoy it.

If only a little bit of what you guys are saying comes to pass there will sure be a lot of us guys breaking the law. I can't imagine doing hardly any of things Tim explained that are in the bill. This is the most ridiculous thing I've heard of in a long time, but it does sound like something Democrats could get behind.

You'll probably have to personally guarantee the loan even though you did it through the LLC, if you can find a lender who will do it. You may have to go hard money if the debt interest is higher than the hard would be. Check with your tax man.

Don't get analysis paralysis like a lot of people do when they get a bunch of material to study. Start putting what you are reading into practice. Meet some sellers and make some offers even if you don't plan to buy right now.
You never know what will fall out of the tree when you start shaking it. Look for buyer info in the paper and on the internet and then see if you can find a house to sell to them. Its called wholesaling or flipping. Have fun.
