We just came across a situation where a developer had gotten their subdivision approved and then funding was pulled. Now she is looking to sell the whole thing! What we need to do is connect with an experienced developer who would like to get involved and finish the process. As mentioned, all the preplanning is done and this is already approved by the city. The job of the buyer is to come in and start construction. The plan calls for 8 1acre lots that will sell around $100,000 a piece. The subdivision is located in Mukwanago.
