@Rebecca Knox Valid point! Co-Wholesaling is all good when the person that has it under contract has an agreement with said other party. On the other hand simply taking someone's contract details and photos and marketing that deal on craigslist and other areas without an agreement at a raised dollar value is not ok. or AKA daisy chain
