@Andrew Flora I hate them to lol that’s why I don’t save my money in the bank but I’m getting alot of yes and no’s. & trying to figure out how to just throw 10k into a bank account

@Kyle J. @Alexander Felice Thank you both for the advice I think you guys are the only ones that understand that I’m talking all cash and not going through a lender or some type of loan. I must admit I am still a little unsure but you guys cleared it up a lot for me.

@Ray Johnson Ok so I saved 10k so it’s not ok to open up a savings with the 10k (if not how do I go about putting the whole 10k into my account?)

@Ray Johnson So if I offer 20k cash on a 40k home and the offer is accepted i won’t be able to get it all because I don’t have the 20k in my bank but in actual cash?

Is it true that if I want to buy a house with cash it must be in a bank account for 2 months before I can purchase the home? (I was told saving it in my mattress won’t do me any good)
