@Mark Faustrum 2 of the violations say I need a architect, so I called one to get a quote and he said 15-18k!!

There are violations on a home that I am trying to purchase (vacant) right now I just want to get the roof done. How do I know what permit are for each violation and how do I obtain the permits? (I’m In Illinois) Thanks in advance!

I’m going to look at my first property in less then a week and I’m looking to do seller financing. Some people gave me advice saying I need to get a real estate agent and an attorney also some say just an attorney since I found a house. So I’m wondering are their any real estate attorneys here in Georgia that can help me out? Or can anybody point me in the direction on how to go about finding a real estate attorney?

@Mark Albini I was told cash app, Venmo, and even PayPal where ways I can also do it. So square.com is basically the same thing I’m guessing.

Can I buy a house with 100k credit limit? And if so how?
