@Jasmine Russell

love the great questions you keep asking!

when it comes to goals, my philosophy has always been “be stubborn with the vision, but flexible with the path.” Like, as of Oct 24th 2021, my goal is to go full force into STRs because I believe it gets me closer to my vision, faster than other methods. But if someone approached me with an opportunity for say, a large multifamily deal, I wouldn’t say no to it just because I want to do STRs. It still leads toward the vision of $100K/mo in passive income

This was even going on when my wife was pregnant.

I decided no more and have begun my journey into this world to chase passive income as quickly as I can.

I miss seeing my kids.

 Powerful man. You got this

@Jasmine Russell

great question!

my goal is over the next 5 year to acquire 10 STRs. Then work on paying them off. Rinse and repeat until I’m making over $1M/yr in passive income

@Avery Carl

as of today I don’t have anything. But I do have a call with you guys on Tuesday to start the process of looking into STRs :) you and Luke have definitely inspired me to go down that path!

All 4, but I’m going to add a 5th for myself. Although it’s not an “achievement” it’s a driving force. I wanted something that will reward my efforts. I could bust my butt at my job, outwork everyone in the room. But that doesn’t necessarily mean I’ll make more money then them. Real estate gives me something that I can outwork and I can out earn

@Kaylee Walterbach

great question! My biggest accomplishment was finding the path I wanted to go down, and started doing the research toward it (REI). I will have my first unit purchased by the end of the year!

Do it where there is a multi year construction project going to happen.  Those traveling workers will need a place to stay.  Tyson was going to build a $150 million plant here, but that fell through.  That was a very sad day when I read the news.

Yesterday I read a company was approved to build a $325 million soybean processing plant here starting in 2022.  Yesterday was a very happy day when I read the news.

 So, you are extremely knowledgeable and I trust a lot of what you say… but I also know you make a lot of jokes on here so I legitimately have no idea if this is sarcasm.

But the idea of purchasing near “big projects “ is ridiculously smart.
