Curious as to what most people are hoping to achieve through their real estate investment career? Is it:

  1. - Passive income
  2. - Capital appreciation
  3. - Tax advantages
  4. - Financial freedom

And why?

All 4, but I’m going to add a 5th for myself. Although it’s not an “achievement” it’s a driving force. I wanted something that will reward my efforts. I could bust my butt at my job, outwork everyone in the room. But that doesn’t necessarily mean I’ll make more money then them. Real estate gives me something that I can outwork and I can out earn
