@Anthony Zotto can’t do much . I had my attorney handle the situation , they serve them which intimidated them . They left with 5 months no pay .

@Madelin Mendoza

Corona is a bit expensive when it comes to multifamily , however I did notice a drop on prices . You should consider buying soon . Also be more open minded Queens is large . Maybe south of queens . Jamaica , Cambria heights , saint albans etc plus it’s a 20 min drive on grand central and you get a better deal . If you’re going to buy a foreclose home also do your research make sure the house doesn’t have any violations . Violations can cost you thousands . Best of luck

@Diane Savoian depends I’ll say 690 and up . All is based on their history . There’s people who are just starting . You have to screen them . If credit history has collections , late payments on a card I’ll pass .

Hello all

I’m currently shopping around for a new flip / investment . I need some suggestions where to invest only in New York . Not the 5 boroughs (queens, Bronx , Brooklyn , StAten Island and Manhattan , )) looking for upstate property which area would you suggest in Upstate ? I’m open to PA as well . I’ve notice not a lot of agents get back , (odd) . If anyone has a Reliable agent that would be very helpful .

ThAnks

I have a tenant who hasn’t payed rent since March ,Been 5 month without pay .My attorney started eviction process ,Tenant was surprise he was served with legal paper ..I mean what was I suppose to do ? .. this was two weeks ago . Haven’t herd from my tenant every since . Today I drove to the property to take out the garbage and notice a Uhaul truck , tenants are moving out without any notice , ? Are you kidding me . I don’t want this tenant taking advantage of their future landlord, since he hasn’t been to court yet && it won’t reflect on credit . What would you guys do in this case ? Would you take him to small claims court ? Located in NY .

Thanks

@Jacob Phillips I would check their credit / as well as tax return , I’ll take section 8 it’s guaranteed money . Just make sure you put a tenant that doesn’t have a bad record meaning bad credit // no work .
