Im kind of having a little trouble finding a attorney . It seems either they've never done creative finance transaction  or they just don't want to be bothered. Can you give any advice when contacting a Attorney.

@Vince Mayer So I'm guessing you would  use a Title Company for transactions that are more traditional like financing through bank?

In the state of Missouri do we use Real Estate Attorney or a Title company, or does it even matter?

Thanks.

Appreciate it @Andrew Syrios. What kind of questions would you ask when interviewing a Title Co.

Does anyone is the Kansas City Mo area have or know a reputable Attorney and Title company thats familiar with seller finance, sub 2 deals to be exact?

Thanks

Hey BP folks. My first deal is going to be through creative financing / sub 2 and was wanting some advice on who I should have on my team ( Contractor, Attorney, Title Company, etc). Is there anyone that is a must have when sub letting a property.

Thanks Guys.

Whats ups Bp folks. My landlord sold the house I'm currently staying in, so I have to put my deal hunting on hold. Im wanting to buy a home (SFH) and was wondering if the house buying process is the same as buying a SFH investment property ( Doing the Due Diligence, Hiring Contractors, etc).

Thanks.
