If I purchase a property via Land Contract and wanted to lease option it out to a buyer. Would I have to get permission from the seller?

When negociating a Land Contract. What is the best way to inform the seller that I'm an investor and I'm going to be putting teneats inside the property?

SoFor my first deal ... You think i  should just go with an inspection. just so i can get a feel for how things work?

Would i also need to get the home inspected if i wanted rent it out?

Does anyone know of any websites that display rent to own properties? Ive been to a few sites but have been reluctant to sign up due to a subscription fee. Thanks in Advance.
