Does anyone is the Kansas City Mo area have or know a reputable Attorney and Title company thats familiar with seller finance, sub 2 deals to be exact?

@Deangelo Mack I've got a great Title Company - they handle all kinds of tricky closings with ease.  I also have an attorney I can recommend, but I really don't use him that often.  When I do, he's gold.
