Hello fellow investors,

For a new person coming into the investing game, many investors say "Get educated". But the more I read, listen and learn, the more confusing and intimidating it gets.

Any suggestions on how to push oneself in to the pool of investing instead of being stuck on the diving board of fear?

Thanks :)

Glad this was asked.

I'd like to throw in another question along with this one, if I may.

Since the market is going up, what would be the best investing strategies during this up market?

Bill Gulley, you were indeed very close to spot on. Thing is, it would take way to much forum space to detail all the docs I use in my sub to packet.

Seller Disclosure form
P&S Agreement (contract)
Sub To Addendum
Seller Disclosure Addendum
Sellers Disclosure (Trec)
Authorization to release Loan information
Homeowners Cancellation Form
Notification to Lender of Change of Address of Borrower
Limited Power of Attorney
Special Durable P of A for Real Estate Transactions
Affidavit of Marital Status
General Warranty Deed Subject To Existing Mortgage

So it's easier to point the OP in the right direction.

This is all the paperwork I need to wholesale a subject to deal? Or is this if I want to buy and hold a subject to deal?

Thanks, Dee

Good Afternoon all!

I am new to REI world and I am getting analysis paralysis.

I just need to know:

[b]What is the process and the paperwork needed to complete a wholesale transaction dealing with Subject 2 properties in the state of TEXAS?

I've scoured the web for help, and I know every state is different.

Anyone has experience with such? I plan to use this form of wholesaling as my beginning niche.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
