Process & Paperwork to Wholesale in Subject 2 Deal in Texas

Good Afternoon all!

I am new to REI world and I am getting analysis paralysis.

I just need to know:

[b]What is the process and the paperwork needed to complete a wholesale transaction dealing with Subject 2 properties in the state of TEXAS?

I've scoured the web for help, and I know every state is different.

Anyone has experience with such? I plan to use this form of wholesaling as my beginning niche.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I partnered up with an experienced investor in my area and offered him 50% of the deal to teach me. I had already done the marketing, and had a deal to approach him with.

He walked me through all the paperwork, met with the seller and I to fill it all out, pointed me to the right Title Agent...Showed me how to sell the house (we retailed rather than wholesaled)

We split 10k, and still work together. Best business choice I ever made.
