Good afternoon BP fam. Quick question, when you have a holding company do you make it a partner with your other LLC's that it parents or is that optional?

@Eliot Elias, bc I'm not sure is why I asked the question. I was thinking how do you show that with no receipt for service. Nothing is known until it's known an judging by your response, I'm assuming it is is the answer. My next question is, do you draw up a receipt for the recipient of that bonus?

Alex Deacon, thank you for taking the time to respond with such helpful input. In using the income approach, would that make the 3-unit go up in value compared to the sf with the same specs?

Is it feasible to comp a 1900sqft triplex with 1-2/1 and 2-1/1's the same way you would a 4/3 sf same sqft, same neighborhood?

@Mason Liu, thanks for the feedback. I would start an entity solely to invest in equities. I'm thinking moreso of using an entity I already have in place vs just using my personal name.
