It doesnt cost that much to demolish a house. Buying it would cost more.

You'll think its fun and games until a steak knife flys off the kitchen counter by itself and sticks in a wall with a near miss. People mention hauntings in this thread. Something keeps all that around. I dont care how big of a loss it is. Im sure the person next door would love to have an extra yard if anything.

Thats the whole point of getting the price low to me. Remember that sick bastard that horded those women in Cleveland Ohio? The city tore that place down quickly.

Also, the only thing im sure of is if there was a violent murder or something, i'd demolish the house. Its no good to harbor negative energy.

That is a very interesting story @Brian Matthews, the thing is from settlers times, you never know where those graves are. There is a chance you could have owned such a thing and not known it. I seen a county history book that told about this, where a family member was buried on the property. It probably wouldnt hurt to go through a history lesson of your area to avoid things like this.

E cigarettes do have various flavors and/or actual nicotine in them. Its definatly not just water vapor, however i dont think it would hurt anything in the house.

Its not like constant side stream smoke.

Maria, im thinking what wayne means by perminant, is that the mobile home is on a concrete footing, not just sitting on blocks with the axles still under it, ready to move.

They seem to be out of control with this "AE" designation.

Could someone clarify for me what it means for houses in the "AE" Shaded floodway zones? If they burn down does this mean they will not issue permits to rebuild?

Also the other AE Shaded areas, the ones not shaded as "floodway zones", is that not as serious but still likely?

I would call it unethical to swoop in and try to make a buck off someone elses misery and while their attention is focused elsewhere. Couples going through this have to divide a lifetimes worth of assets and in many cases worry about the well being of their children. Now they have "investors" nagging and harassing them to sell their house quickly and under market value so some "investor" can flip it into a profit. Wow, just wow.

And in Brian's instance. You get to move in with the wife and take care of helping her move on. Talk about getting your cookie and eating it too. im amazed.
