Like what I see, I am long distance. There is not quite enough information on this property to know if we would have any further interest. We could do the legwork ourselves but to stretched out. If you could provide, BPO, CMA. Why are there no pictures of the inside? Is it occupied? We are out of state investors. Nice flyer by the way just lacking a few details.

Harry good to meet you. Have you ever thought investing in non performing notes. That way when you foreclose and get the house you will have a lot higher ROI a little more work but well worth it.

Looking at unlisted property in St Louise Need a Bpo on. Seems like brokers in the area are too busy they do not return my calls. Maybe that's a good thing.

Chase good money after bad getting an attorney they are just about as bad as the scamers. Those contracts are all figured out well before you came along and so you will not be the first or the last, at least you found BP.
