It just saved a lot of money on taxes. My CPA did all the work and had a chart side by side if I would have been paid directly to myself or through the LLC with S-corp status.

Training is definitely a plus!

You need to market yourself!  Without any buyers or sellers you don't have a business and all of the training in the world won't matter.

One quick way to get some business going is to ask the top agents in your office if they could refer you to any buyers/sellers/renters they don't want.  You'd be surprised how many leads they let get away just because they don't have time to do them, or they just don't want them for whatever reason.

I used an LLC for tax purposes. It would have cost thousands more if I didn't.

I just cashed the checks into the LLC and then wrote out a check from the LLC to my name and deposited what I wanted into my personal account.

I was just trying to do real estate full time when I started.  Got 3 listings... money started to dry up.  Got a part time job, then after 6 months of not selling anything I was out of business.  haha  But, I did get back into it working with a top real estate agent for 6.5 years (guaranteed pay!).

I just studied what I learned in the classes and kept reviewing the books.  Don't overthink it!

Definitely hard to measure this... try out the performance based bonus structure and tweak as you go.  Don't go broke giving lavish bonuses, but be generous where the transaction coordinator wants to help you grow the business.

You sure can!  Just be sure you know the CE requirements once you get them, because each state is different.
