Real Estate Assistant - Bonus Pay

Hi All,

I'm trying to determine a typical bonus structure for a RE Assistant (paid hourly).  This is not to be confused with a Transaction Coordinator.  There is a slight nuance to this situation however: the assistant is actively participating in creating policies and procedures for the office and will grow in title/responsibility as the office grows.  Thanks for your thought in advance.

Taj

Definitely hard to measure this... try out the performance based bonus structure and tweak as you go.  Don't go broke giving lavish bonuses, but be generous where the transaction coordinator wants to help you grow the business.
