Hi Mark..I would like to connect with portfolio lenders. Once I get preapproved with a lender who I want to work with I can go ahead and start with submitting offers for rental properties that me and my agent find a good fit.

My name is Dhru Das and I am from Chicago. I have heard lot of good things about this website and so here I am. I have attended a webinar yesterday and really loved it. I am committed and learning a lot everyday by reading forums, checking out listings etc. I know I should have started my real estate business from before. Oh well, it's never too late!

This year I plan to purchase 2-3 rental properties and grow the number up to 10 in next 3-4 years. If I get chance for flipping/wholesaling I am up for it. But I have  lot to learn so I am just starting with rentals and then go from there. I am here to network with some of the best guys out there in real estate and hope to learn from them as I read their comments/forums. I am committed to spend as much time as I can when I am not doing my normal 8-5 job. In the process I am hoping to help other people in future with their goals as well.
