I use Michael Blank syndicated deal analyzer (SDA) and it’s very user friendly and have free updates. It’s also affordable to purchase and comes with a course that explains how to use it. Every Saturday @Charles Seaman teaches an underwriting class for free and he underwrites lives deals on the market using the SDA software.
