I’m a syndicator/investor from the So Cal area. I would like to tag along with a team of syndicators/investors doing a physical due diligence/walk through  on any size Multifamily apartment buildings to get some on hand experience. I’m willing to travel up North to Santa Barbra, down South to San Diego, and as far East to San Bernardino County. 

I watched all of his YouTube videos, but I didn’t join the protege program. With anything, your going to get out wat you put in. 

I would like to hear the ugly side of investing and how they over came it, the loses, wins and the will not to quit. Even the people that quit, but came back to it.
