Hello everyone! I am a 19 year old aspiring multifamily apartment investor, and am looking at deals right now and building up my team! I was wondering if any of you had any tips for me while getting started. I know this is a challenging process and is going to be a journey to complete so any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! :)

Stay networking, educating yourself, and dial in on your criteria age of the building, units, property and neighborhoods classes.Know your location/market, the rents, population and job growth. Good luck.. I'm still looking to close on my first property in the Texas market..
