@MarZia RiVera Thank you for your post, it is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for that knowledge on Cape Coral! I will definitely plan my routes there accordingly now. I'm looking forward to getting licensed and hitting the ground running. I have a burning desire to be successful in this business. I haven't discovered where I will hang my license as of yet. Are there certain offices that are better catered to Real Estate Investors?

@Alejandro Gibbs Thank you for your post. I completely agree with you, and thank you for the opportunity to network. Once my class is completed next week for my Real Estate license, I will definitely be able to better analyze the current market. I'm sure there are plenty of win-win opportunities out there for us.

@John-Michael Moreno I have only been here for about a month, so I still don't have a complete grasp on the market yet. From what I am seeing thus far, there are definitely some great opportunities for wholesailing and flipping as well. I start class next week for obtaining my Real Estate License and should have it by months end. Once I have access to the MLS and network a bit, I plan on starting to invest immediately. Maybe we can partner up?

Thank you Kamil. There are a lot of nice houses in Cape Coral. I just can't stand the $3 toll to get over the bridge each time. Lol

Welcome to BP Oscar Navarro ! I also live in Lehigh acres and am new to the area. I look forward to being in the real estate investor Field and hope it brings us both success. My primary residences is here and I have a rental in Orlando. I'm reading Bigger Pockets book "The Book on Flipping Houses" by J Scott. I highly recommend you read it as well. It has been very helpful. I hope you have a great day.

Thanks for your response Reece. I was referring to The Real Estate Investment industry in general. I had read about some downfalls that were common if you obtained your license. Access to the MLS would be one of my main reasons for moving forward. Saving money on closing cost would be great as well. Thanks again.
