@Ian Tudor Thank you very much for taking the time to find out that information. I really appreciate your assistance during my transition. I will continue to grind, and won't stop until I obtain my goals. Thanks again!

@Jake Thomas @David Hunter @Patrick Britton Thank you all for your great advice. I truly appreciate the time you all took to respond to this somewhat "rookie" question. I wish you all the best.

@David Cowan Being an agent at Keller Williams "The Red Book" is an absolute requirement. lol

I am about half way through the book, and loving it thus far.

@Patrick Britton @Deren Huang Thank you both for your detailed and honest responses. My intentions on this post was to get different approaches that agents were using. I definitely appreciate your responses, and will act accordingly.

@Ian Tudor Thank you very much for your comment. I completely agree with the cold calling strategy. Some of the best in my office have use this  method and have been extremely successful. Zillow is also a great idea, however when I called them with interest in becoming a premier agent, their prices were somewhat high. Does your friend work in the Orlando area? The reason I ask is because one of my rentals is in Altamonte Springs, which is pretty close to Orlando. One last thing where does your friend obtain the leads for the cold call?

@Jordas Reyes Thank you so much for your detailed response. I have been practicing scripts as well for cold calling, I just haven't made many calls. My social media presence is pretty good, and sponsoring a league is a great idea. I also share with you the buy and hold strategy, with 2 rentals currently, I am looking to further expand my portfolio. I wish you the best of luck as well, and would absolutely welcome a chat about strategizing.

I am a new agent for Keller Williams Realty in the Fort Myers area. I also work in Lehigh Acres, FL.  As a new agent with not much of the database, what are some of the best methods to obtain quality leads?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am new to the industry, and just obtained my State License. I am curious to know, which National Broker has the best opportunities in beginner training. I am eager to start selling homes, but I'm a firm believer in taking the appropriate training first. Which broker would provide me with the best opportunity to do this? Thank you for your time.
