Hey if anyone could recommend a good contractor for me in the philadelphia/chester area i would greatly appreciate it. Im an outta state investor and looking at the some properties in this area...

have you tired just getting a personal Loan from a local bank or credit union? 15k don't seem that much for you to get approved for especially with the personal info you have provided...

I think it really demands on you and how you plan on managing the property. Like someone comment before its pro and cons to living in the same neighborhood as your rental property. Me personally I wouldn't mind one bit...

But good luck with whatever decision you go with....

I'm currently doing a deal with DHM and they customer service is pretty good anytime I need to call or email them for some info that email or call me right back..I hope that continues I'm pretty sure it will...I'm under the evaluation part now...just my 2 cents

Congrats and the podcast is great... Listening to it everytime I'm in the car.. Plan on driving to South Carolina in a few weeks and I know I can knock out a lot more espiodes... Almost done with all 138 and plan on re listening to them...I think they whole a lot more info then books to be honest!!! Keep going BP!!!
