RE bring excitement to my life.. i love coming on BP reading post and listening to podcast. I love to analyze a deal, i love number period. I day i will become a full time REI but until then I'm just gonna learn more and educate myself the best way i know how. RE is fun and enjoyable which makes anything in life easy...

i would suggest read read read, listen to some podcast and just educated yourself as much as possible..

Im trying to find a good REI CPA in my area.. I'm in the process of closing on my first flip project and just want to make sure all my finances are in order..

I recommend your GC do that kinds of stuff for you..they (should) know when to actually apply for a permit...

I would advice them about hidden fee, such as insurance, cap ex, vacaney etc... a lot of people just see rent-mortgage=cash flow newbie don't understand its a lot more to it...  

i think you should shop around at other smaller banks or lenders. someone should approve you. your situation isn't that bad(from what u stated)..

i also tell people to attend a REIA they are the best networking tool(beside BP of course) but u can meet and talk to other wholesalers. rehabber, etc...

well I'm the youngest at my job by far but people always tell me they respect my grind and wish me luck.. Hopefully they really mean it but if not oh well.. Every time they see me with my headphones in they know I'm listening to a podcast or something involving REI. Overall my co workers mean well and when it comes to anything involving real estate they always ask for my advice, which make me feels pretty special, especially since I'm the youngest...
