First Direct Marketing Campaign!

Hey BP!  I'm embarking on my first direct marketing campaign.  I'm doing a 6 month yellow letter campaign to a list of 500 people.  I've never done anything like this before and I'm not sure what to expect.  Does anyone have some information they would be willing to share with me at some point about how to handle leads?  I have a basic understanding of what I am getting into but I could use some more specifics on logistics.  Thanks in advance!
