Derrick Gordon Daniel Caraway the best way to find a good GC is networking. Both of you have an uphill battle at the moment, Atlanta is booming right now. Most good GC’s are up to their eyeballs with work and any GC that isn’t very busy right would be cause for concern. I found that investors usually go through several GC’s before finding a good fit. As with most things in life, experience will give you the most knowledge..... good luck and happy hunting.

PS - you can find a property that has been rehabbed, look up who pulled the permits for that property, you would then have a contact for Construction work
