Our April investor meet up will be held on the usual 2nd Wednesday of the month, which is April 13th at 7pm.  If you are a real estate investor in Lawrence, Topeka, Eudora, Ottawa, or pretty much anywhere in NE Kansas feel free to join us.  And, if you are wanting to invest in real estate, but have more questions than opportunities, feel free to come as well.  This is a great opportunity to network and learn from those with lots of experience and those will little to no experience.  Reach out to me if you have any questions.  We look forward to seeing you there.

Hi @Jake Boyer.  I know the Masonic Temple is for sale.  Are you in Lawrence very much?  I can reach out to a few folks I know who own property downtown.  They always seem to know the "scoop" on what's for sale that isn't necessarily listed.

Our February meet up will be held on the SECOND Wednesday of the month, February 9th, at 7pm. We are located in the upstairs dining area of Biggs BBQ. This provides us plenty of room to spread out if necessary.

I also take care of the bookkeeping for a couple of small real estate LLC's. This coming year, I would like to add a couple more clients.
