Join us for our monthly meetup here in Lawrence, KS.  This is a great opportunity to come and learn and network with other investors and soon to be investors.  It's a very casual time featuring networking and guest speakers and usually a few laughs.  If you are an investor in the Lawrence, Topeka and surrounding markets, please feel free to join us.

This is an event run by investors for investors and is 100% free to attend.

This month's guest speaker is Aaron Thakker.  Aaron is a business owner, entrepreneur and real estate investor both in local and out of town markets.  He's doing some amazing things in the community and is going to be sharing a bit of his journey and lessons learned along the way.

It will be located once again at the Lawrence Beer Company on the east side of Lawrence.

This month's guest speaker is Holly Garber.  Holly is a local realtor and investor herself and will be sharing some of her journey and lessons she has learned along the way.

This month is hosted by Patrick Kilbourn and will be a q&a format to give you ample opportunity to learn and share (if you want to) from your experiences.

Our December Investor MeetUp is going to be on the 2nd Wednesday of December (13th) at 7pm at the Lawrence Beer Co.

This is an informal gathering for people like you interested in getting started in investing or already actively doing so. Everyone is invited. There is no fee to attend. We have folks who invest in Lawrence and Topeka markets and many of the surrounding communities (Eudora, Tonganoxie, Leavenworth, McLouth, Baldwin, Ottawa and more).

@Slayd Casey. I live in Lawrence. Curious, what bank are you dealing with? There are a few banks that are a bit more re friendly than others. Also I believe Lawrence is getting more open to the idea of ADU's so that could be another option to think about when looking at properties. Please reach out if I can ever be of assistance.
