A friendly reminder that our August meetup is next Wednesday, August 10th at 7pm.  If you are a real estate investor, or want to start investing in real estate in the Lawrence, Topeka, or any of the surrounding areas in NE Kansas please feel free to join us.  It is informal and casual so all are welcome.  We meet in the upstairs area of Biggs BBQ on Iowa street. from 7pm-9pm.  Hope to see you there.

Our August meetup will be held once again on the second Wednesday of the month at 7pm.  Located in the upstairs area of Biggs BBQ.   This meetup is a great opportunity to network with other investors and curious soon to be investors in the Lawrence, Topeka, and surrounding area markets.  (Think Ottawa, Eudora, Tonganoxie, and more).   Whether you have 0 or 100 doors, all are welcome to come and learn from one another.   Feel free to reach out with any questions and we hope to see you there.
