problem was, is that i was new so i blew it.  didnt know how to talk to them. definitely a great learning experience though. id take that over taking one of those guru classes anyday

plenty. i got 120 leads off it. only about 8 of them were good leads. 3 of them closed deals

i tried absentee owners a while ago but messed up.  purely my fault.

wondering if i should try them again or target someone else.

i am taking a real estate agent exam soon so i can get expand my investing career. on a question it says...

on an adjustable rate mortgage, a margin is added to the index to determine the new interest rate. the margin will *remain constant over the life of the loan*(this is the answer)

what is a margin?  not sure i fully understand this question

what/where first time home owners are buying

the trends its been going through

where families are buying

have an estimate of when the market is going to keep going up or down etc.

what else do i want to know and where do i find it?

i want to be the master investor in my city....

how do i know when targeting absentee owners isnt good anymore without trial and error?

i am about to get a new mailing list and i am not sure if i should do probate or absentee owners again
