Hello Bigger Pockets,

What online or in-class real estate school would you recommend in Florida for the 63 hour FREC Course?

My wife and I have decided to jump into real estate with both feet this year. We finally have the financial savings and time to maximize our potential for success! My wife has decided to get her real estate license as part of her "tool belt" while we invest. Also, how does she go about joining a great broker agency in our area? Any other information you think would be helpful is greatly appreciated.

Thank You All!

Derek & Laura

You could go down to your local county clerk of court and ask the friendly government employee there to give you record of recent eviction notices declared. With this information you could create a list of local landlords (whom may not be very thrilled about being a landlord at that moment) … Call them to provide a solution to their problem by offering to purchase their property. If they agree, you will likely get a fair deal since you are an investor as well. Good Luck!
