My wife and I are local investors in Vero Beach. What subdivision is this property located in? I can to a quick rental comp analysis to verify those rent increases. Yes there is low supply in Vero and Consider a 10% Correction to be conservative. If you still cash flow or are at a point of comfort with those calculations then go for it!
