Hey bigger pockets family I'm thankful for the new opportunity here in Houston, I just moved to the city from NC and I am just getting started with my journey wholesaling. I'm looking to connect with other like minded wholesalers/investors and add value to you and your business in any way possible. Im looking to exchange the free time I have to serve and learn from the best.

Im looking to invest in real estate here in Raleigh, North Carolina and looking to go big or go home with the rental units. We call it 10x coming from one of my favorite investors Grant Cardone. Who is taking massive action and has tips on how to structure deals to show lenders I have a great deal.

Morning Bigger Pockets family I am wanting to start doing probate deals in North Carolina specificaly in the Raleigh area at the courthouse. I recently went down there to check out the files for the first time and it was very confusing. Any tips from investors who have experience with it, like  what to look for or even ask for when I'm there next time.

Hello Bigger pockets Me and my partner put together our very first wholesale deal and it is a smoking hot one but being the property and owner is out of state how do we go about closing? for instance Do we still send contract to local closing attorney or the attorney in the state he lives in?
