@Adam Schneider I want to get one but I'm wondering should I add him to the LLC being this is short term? When he leaves he will still be apart of LLC with some type of percentage ownership. Is it worth the hassle or should we create separate LLC and do a partnership that way?

Hello bigger pockets I'm trying to obtain an assignment of contract that I can use for my deal. If any wholesaler in NC area has one that could show and explain to me that would be very helpful thanks!

My business partner got a response from a "Guru" saying: For borrowers I will lend up to 90% of purchase price and 90% of rehab costs assuming loan amount is 65% of after repair value. Can anyone break the last part down for me?
