@Deonte Palmer I completely agree with what everyone else has said. What works in some areas doesnt work in others. But it heavily depends on who you are marketing to. From your OP it sounds like you are maybe asking for suggestions on different ways of marketing? Most of my deals come from cold calls and direct mail. We create all of our own marketing so that homeowners arent getting the same exact yellow letters with different names on them.
