Does any one of you have a good contract I can use or look at for a general idea to draft up a good commercial contract for investing. 

This is only a 8 unit deal less than 200,000.   The numbers look good but I have to verify the maintenance and amount of rehab.   

I have a opportunity at hand and need some assistance structuring the right deal for a property I would like to purchase.  I can give more detail if any one is interested.

Just received info from a commercial property I am considering, I am in the process of building a team to work with, any here will to look at the numbers with me and say possible deal or no deal.

The ones that I have been coming across are 50 and less which I am open to more.  Just want to make sure I can get the first steps down to start building a retirement portfolio.  So when would be a good to time to contact you.

Are there any members in the network willing to share the step by step process of buying a Multiunit complex.  I have a couple of units I am looking at new a couple of college campuses.  The realtor will be sending me copies of the leases and other supporting documents so would like assistance with the due diligence process.
