Are there any members in the network willing to share the step by step process of buying a Multiunit complex.  I have a couple of units I am looking at new a couple of college campuses.  The realtor will be sending me copies of the leases and other supporting documents so would like assistance with the due diligence process.

How many units are you looking to buy?  I can help you if you have any interest in larger apartment complexes (>50 units).
