Thanks for the comments they are very helpful, I agree raising capital has seem to be a skill set that everyone doesn't have but working on it.  Matt any suggestions on a private funding company that fund opportunities in or near Georgia.   Ken look at the conventional would be a good way to go, still building credit up to go that route but do have a couple of possible credit partners still i will take the valued info and move forward, thanks for the help..

Can any inform, the first step in multi family investing.   Looking for financing options but no luck, had a couple of properties but could structure the deal in a manner for a win win situation.  Where would be a good place to seek assistance.

yes but the price will be based on a 6 unit property that is needs work and has 2 of the 6 units rented below market rent 

Looking to buy investment property in ga, I in discussion with a owner of a poorly taken care or 6 unit 2/1.  Owner is looking for an offer need help with structuring an offer.  Anyone willing to chime with any info, it would greatly appreciated.
