What does “Out of state owner directs immediate sale” mean?

@Chris K. Thank you and great point! We have it written in the lease. Since this is our first eviction we opted to hire our RE Attorney and learn the process and our rights so moving forward we have a good understanding and can likely handle it ourselves. Thanks again for your valuable insight!

@Chris K. Hi Chris, need your experience. If the tenants pays after the eviction is filed, can the landlord still proceed with the eviction? I’m hearing mixed word. I would hate to lose money filing and the tenant decides they’ll pay when they want.

@Nathan G. We debated an attorney and thought about doing it ourselves, but you may be right. I think we will at least contact him for further consultation. Thank you!

@Thomas S. Any issues with evicting in the winter months? I hear that can be a challenge in some states.
