@Adam Sieg how is rent to retirement? What is your experience?

@Russell John Walsh I've showed my house to at least 3 women 2 of which currently rent from. I personally don't see what would happen if you are just showing the space and are professional.

@Matt Segler thank you I will definitely check out the outlet.

@Conner Olsen does your company do business in NC ? Yeah it just seems like an expensive option I might have to get a friend or family member to stage. I wasn't sure if there were well established companies already who did any of this work.

@Patricia Steiner thank you for the advice. It's not that I don't want to do its just at the moment I can't do it myself because I'm not In the area.. Your post has given me something to think about I will probably try to get someone I trust to decorate I would like to do it my self it's just at the current moment it isn't feasible. I also know for sure I would be able to find cheaper furniture.

@Brandon Plombon Yeah I will probably just wait. It makes since.

@Conn G. I got my guys doing the repair work so no issues there. The seller isn't budging on doing any repairs or coming down on the offer price.

Hello everyone! I am currently under contract and seeking some guidance on repairs that need to be made on a home I'm buy. So there's two types of repairs that need to be done repairs to close and plumbing repairs that don't need to be done right now. The repairs to close are totalling at $2k and plumbing repairs are $6k. We are rerunning lines underneath the house with better quality lines that's why the estimate is at 6k now. It's not something that needs to but done now but I was told the quality of the pipe used it's only a matter of time before I get a leak or it fails so I'm just going to replace it sooner rather than later so I don't get a call from a tenant at 2 o'clock in the morning. .. My question is would you guys wait to do plumbing repairs until I close. Only reason I would want them done before is so as soon as I close I can move someone in as soon as possible. I have to do the repairs to close no matter what because it's the only thing left my mortgage company needs to close, proof everything is fixed. I guess there's no harm in waiting I'm just already in contact with the plumber. Any thoughts would be great thank you.
