I would check to see WHEN was the last time similar condos sold.  Condos tend to be harder to sell than SFHs.  Also, I don't know what part of town condos are so low (assuming this is the Atlanta area).

Does any know any real estate attorneys in Georgia (preferably in Atlanta metro) that has experienced working with private lenders?

@Aaron Coplin I am still a little confused if you are looking at individual mobile homes or mobile home parks.  If it is mobile home parks, you want to focus only on well kept properties with double wide pads.

Sure Mehran.  I am an independent agent for the lender.  The lender only funds commercial real estate.
