Another flip completed!
So I closed yesterday on my latest flip and it was a great day. The buyer is the nicest guy and this is his first home. He is excited and obviously I am excited to make money! This deal was awesome because he committed to buy the house before it was even complete. He got a great deal and I got off the hook of having to do a lot of the small clean up items like landscaping and basic interior cleaning. He was fine with this since he got the house for $25k under the appraised value. I was fine with it since I didn't have to pay any commission to a realtor!
