Yes, but do I just look for off-market properties in that area? Without being able to see the properties on the inside, it would be difficult to judge if repairs were needed. Do I need to have a team in every area I'm searching or is there a better way?

@Greg Kurzner - I am new to BP and am extremely interested in wholesaling.  I'm located in South Jersey, but I know there are many more marketable areas around the country.  What is the best way to wholesale in another market you do not live in?

Any suggestions about what types of properties to look at first for wholesaling?  I realize off-markets are best but which have you been more successful with: pre-foreclosures, probate properties, etc.  Would also like to look in markets that I don't live in.  Any advice for that?

Looking for guidance on how to wholesale in an area that is highly rated for livability but I don't live near there.  How do I find off-market properties in those areas?

Would like to start in the South Jersey area - Trenton, Camden, Ewing, Burlington areas.  Need to connect with end buyers.
