Wholesaling outside of your home area

Looking for guidance on how to wholesale in an area that is highly rated for livability but I don't live near there. How do I find off-market properties in those areas?

Yes, but do I just look for off-market properties in that area? Without being able to see the properties on the inside, it would be difficult to judge if repairs were needed. Do I need to have a team in every area I'm searching or is there a better way?

  I would suggest networking with locals that work the area. You can join local FB groups that work your marketplace and team up with other wholesalers.
  
  You can also work with the Seller to have them take the photos for you and allow Buyers to see the home.
