@Jardin Gwin Not sure if I understand what you claim.

Why would, "agents and businesses in these markets" send you exclusive off-market deals regularly?

What are they getting out of this?

More likely, you'll be stacking another "mouth to feed" on top of other wholesalers' inventory!
