House hacking my owner occupied duplex, I wanted to know about leases and if I should pay Legal Zoom and make my add-ons or is it smarter to just go see and use another landlords lease.

@Paiea Palomanu Do you feel comfortable editing a lease to suit your needs? I wouldn’t pay a service for a lease. They’re pretty straight forward and you can find ones specific to your state online for free.
