Hi, I am a new real estate investor right outside of Philadelphia! I am excited to learn as much as I can from BP and create a strong real estate empire!

I joined specifically to learn about financing deals, analyzing real estate markets, and creating a real estate business.

Welcome to Bigger Pockets.  Since you are in the area, I'd suggest going to the local real estate investor meetings, Diversified Investors Group (DIG) and Delco Property Investors (for Delaware County).  We've made great connections and gotten really valuable information at both groups.  What areas are you looking at?
