I had one seller who kept calling us at random times during the day and night. I'm talking like 5 am in the morning or 9 pm at night. He always left the most rude voicemails too. I have them saved... Anyways, I answered finally and I asked him politely for his information to take him off my list. He refused, got rude with me so I told him to f*ck off and some other mean things. Never called back.

@Chaz Reid  thanks for the info. All good reasons.

@Chris Martin , Chaz stated some very good reasons to target a Deed Transfer list. My goal is obviously to buy, fix, & flip.

Does anyone know how to acquire this list? I don't think ListSource has a Deed Transfer option.

Hey everyone -

I've heard somewhere, maybe here, that a deed transfer list might be a good list to target?

Anyone know why? If it's a good list, where does one get deed transfer list?

Any advice would help.

Thanks

Are there any good sources (online) besides USProbateData.com and physically going to the courthouse steps?

Great idea! It would make searching a lot easier.
